Shipping Policy
Arrives in 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.
Standard shipping* is available for orders with delivery addresses within the US and territories, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes.
USPS shipping is available for orders with a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address. Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address will arrive in 3-5 weeks, not the standard 3-5 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Nahla's Oaisis LLC “This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only”) must be returned to Nahlas's Oasis LLC within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.
